Mara was amazing from start to finish and extremely helpful throughout our entire process. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone go above and beyond quite like she did! I feel like the issue with most dealerships is they don’t communicate very well but Mara was on top of it and it was such a refreshing experience. I felt like she actually wanted to help me out whereas other dealerships don’t really care. Cimeron was also very very helpful and kind, and very down to earth. Gary was so polite and very knowledgable about the 3500HD vehicle. Gary took us out on a test drive and then back to the dealership and we purchased the vehicle. I am so very pleased with my recent experience at Findlay GMC. Our saleswoman, Mara Hollingsworth, was outstanding. She went the extra mile many times in what proved to be a unique situation. She was super helpful, listened to our needs and concerns never trying to push us in a direction we didn’t want to go, was always friendly, very knowledgeable, and never, not even once, ever came close to anything that felt like high pressure sales tactics. We tow a large trailer with our truck and she was very patient and meticulous as we worked through payload and towing capacities of various trucks. The team behind her was also great to include those in management and finance. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding and better than most all other auto purchase experiences we have had. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Findlay and Mara the next time we are looking for a GMC.

First, I had no appt., but Tom was able to get me in after I explained we only had a few days in area before heading to a reserved RV spot in Eagar, Az. Secondly, after finding rotors were a bit warped but not cracked that they could be serviced without replacement for $300. I chose not to get new brake pads because of the additional $500, cost. Tom soon texted back and said he and tech had some miscommunication snd that the tech said new pads had to be installed. Due to the miscommunication, the dealership threw in the new brake pads at no extra charge! I was shocked, of course grateful as well. To see this dealership step up like that was simply above and beyond. The tech even stayed after hours to finish up. The results? Amazing brakes, which is jey in pulking an RV, even with tow pkg equipped. Buying the 2021 2500 hd used, i never realized my braking was sub par untill after their work. What a blessing Tom, the Tech and this dealership were to me. So thankfull! They are the best and I highly recommen them to say the least. Customers are first on their watch!

I just left a bad review on a different GMC. I'll name that GMC too. I don't even care lol. It was the Liberty GMC in Peoria Arizona. Terrible... The sales manager told me multiple things and refused to put anything in writing. Then when I went in to make the deal, the numbers were completely different from what I was told. The reason I am mentioning this is because the Findlay GMC was the complete opposite experience. I initially worked with the sales manager Sean Cross over the phone. Sean told me numbers just like the Liberty GMC sales manager did, except Sean was incredibly transparent. He sent me the numbers IN WRITING. I live in the valley. The Findlay GMC was going to be a 4 hour round trip and Sean made sure to incentivize me for my time as well. When I arrived, I met Mara Hollingsworth. I have a pretty thick "shell" when it comes to dealing with strangers...especially a sales person at a car dealership. I can sometimes be a jerk. Mara adapted incredibly well to my personality and we shared many laughs during the entire sales experience. She made sure I left with a smile on my face and that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. The team effort of Sean and Mara made this arguably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Oh and the finance lady, I forget her name but she had red hair, was great as well. She was very knowledgeable on all the additional services that were offered yet I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. 10/10 for this dealership. You have yourself a great team Aaron Weinzetl.

First, Edgar did a great job handling the servicing of my car ... oil change and tire rotation. That said, about two weeks ago Dale called and wanted to discuss the Lease on my 2023 Enclave. I don't have a lease on this vehicle. When I called to make a service appointment, I talked with Tony. I indicated I wanted to bring in the vehicle on Oct 13th. We decided 10 AM would work for both of us. Tony then called back and asked if 10;30 would work. I agreeded. A confirmation was sent with the date and time. However, the appointment confirmation was for. October 6th. It was a good thing I read the email ... because I corrected the appointment date via your website. All of this may seem trivial but, in my sales career spanning 50 years ... details have always been important. I just hope the tech working on the vehicle was concerned about the details.

We had scheduled our first 7500 mile maintenance check on our 2025 GMC Sierra and spoke with Larisa ahead of time to insure the online/App appointment was done correctly. Our appointment was at 9:30, the truck sat untouched for 30 minutes. The service advisor we were assigned, Cody McKinnon did nothing to communicate the delay, in fact service of the service team were standing around talking and ignoring the customers out front. He asked if we bought the truck at Findlay, which we did not, and then from there we were ignored. When they finally took the truck back, it took less than 30 minutes to do an LOF, rotate tires and check fluids?? Really? Well we had a slow leak on our left rear tire, and when we were out driving this weekend the low air pressure waring came on for left rear. So no one rotated any tires, yet told us they did. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. We have purchased and serviced a vehicle at a Findlay dealership in Idaho, and they were great. The Findlay Prescott service, sales and parts has been a very disappointing experience.

Customer Experience — Findlay Prescott I was really impressed with the Findlay Team — from the very beginning of my initial call to the final white-glove home delivery. The staff and overall team were truly fantastic. First, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Evan, the first person I spoke with when I called. Evan was articulate, knowledgeable, and — most importantly — genuine. He didn’t talk down to me or use that “salesy” tone. Instead, he really listened and spoke to me like a professional who cared about what I actually needed. What stood out most was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He didn’t try to sell me a truck I didn’t want — he simply discussed the pricing for the specific truck I was interested in. There was none of that endless back-and-forth or the classic “let me check with my sales manager” routine. Don’t get me wrong, there were a couple of times when he needed to confirm details with the manager — but it was quick & transparent. The reason I say this is because I was purchasing a rather expensive truck, and I had done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted — the color, model, and trim package — and I searched everywhere from Arizona to Montana to find it. I actually located the same model at three other dealerships, a few thousand dollars cheaper, but the overall experience at those dealerships were a complete turn off. One dealership even wanted a deposit upfront before they’d discuss the numbers, which honestly stunned me . Another was focused almost entirely on trying to prequalify me for financing before we’d even had a real conversation about the specific truck I was calling about. It felt like they were more interested in locking me into a deal that was only good for them than actually helping me with that truck. Both experiences came off as pushy, arrogant, and condescending — and that’s totally opposite of the kind of experience I’m interested in. At one point, we even had a salesperson in Idaho tell us it was against the law for them to “run the numbers” on the truck unless we were physically in the office. I reminded him that I live in Las Vegas, and his response was, “That don’t matter — when can you get here to do the deal?” What a joke. So when I finally spoke with Evan, he was the complete opposite of what I’d experienced elsewhere. He was smooth, professional, and his whole demeanor said, “How can I be of help?” It immediately connected with me. After we agreed on a price, I was introduced to Cimarion, the Finance Manager — and again, nothing but positive things to say about my experience with her. Everything was transparent, organized, and easy to understand. In closing, I want to spotlight one last positive interaction I had with another member of the Findlay Prescott team — Lowell Hunt. He personally delivered the truck to my home, walked me through all the features, and handled the paperwork right there on site. He’s a true professional and I even took a selfie with him! We made an appointment for an oil change and a service for a check engine light. I was told it would be several hours so I had a friend come pick me up. After 4 hours I got a call that stated the truck wouldn't be ready and they'd have to keep it overnight. I live 1.5 hours outside of Prescott so this was a really big inconvenience. I had to get a room and go buy extra clothes/toiletries. The next day I waited for a call and finally had my husband call. At 2pm they said the truck still wasnt ready and they would have to keep it another day. We had to go get the truck with the check engine light checked or the alignment done. Super frustrated with how this was handled. The codes were pulled previously and we were told it was a body sensor. Then the service advisor said it wasnt that easy and it needed to have additional trouble shooting. It seemed like an excuse because he let it slip they have not even touched the truck yet on day 2. We spent close to 100k on a vehicle and this is the service we expect? We will change dealerships if need. Extremely unprofessional to be lying to us. If you dont have the people then be honest. We made an appointment for this specific reason and this was handled poorly. Having to get a hotel room for a scheduled service that had a 10am appointment seems to be a bit off and then to ask we get another room because they didnt touch the truck is unsatisfactory. All that got done was a oil change and fuel filters. They uphold an alignment and in 2 days they couldn't deliver even the scheduled work. Maybe dont upscale services until you can complete the base items.

Teresa was Instrumental in making this happen. She listened to my needs and found a solution. I was working that day and she offered to deliver the vehicle to me in Las Vegas and pick up my trade. We brought our car in over two months ago. It still hasn’t been fixed. You have broke our window and replaced the cpu twice. Now we get it back and it has no acceleration. We have never been so disappointed with GM. We spent over $600k on new cars this year thorough our Morelli Brothers llc. We are so unsure what to do with this car since it hasn’t been fixed yet and it a major safety issues. I would give 0 if I had the option!
